I've tried out Pilates for a while now, and when I heard about/came across/discovered Pilates & Friends, I was intrigued. Their website promised a unique experience with a strong focus on connection, and I had to jump in. During the last few weeks, I've attended several classes at Pilates & Friends, and I have to say, it's been surprisingly enjoyab
